The Retreat at Loganville is seeking a Dishwasher to join their team!DishwasherFlexible shift Mon- Fri 6am-6pm ; Every other weekend required and alternating weekendsThe Dishwasher reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
PURPOSEDishwasherThe Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity.
Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDishwasherWare WashingResponsible for the set-up and maintenance of the dish and pot washing area Operates dish machine(s) according to Food Safety StandardsOperates dishwashing to properly wash and sanitize all dishes and china, silverware, glassware, utensils and cookwareResponsible for the set up and maintenance of the pot and pan sink according to Food Safety StandardsProduction Equipment WashingClean large and small production equipment as directed such as but not limited to:
